Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase of books ("Book(s)") and blenders from The Preparation Ministry (www.thepreparationministry.com). By placing an order, you ("Buyer") agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Book Details

The Book(s) are described on the Website. We strive to provide accurate information, but minor errors may occur.

3. Blender Details

The blenders are described on the Website. We strive to provide accurate information, but minor errors may occur.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are in Rands and include taxes.
  • Payment methods accepted: credit cards and EFT
  • Payment is due upon placing the order.

5. Ordering and Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 48 hours.
  • Delivery times: 3-7 business days in South Africa only. Other African countries will take longer, but an estimated arrival time cannot be established immediately.
  • Shipping costs: Are covered by the buyer.

6. Shipping Policy

  • Books are delivered by The Preparation Ministry directly to the buyer.
  • Blenders are shipped by a third-party courier service. The Preparation Ministry is not responsible for delays or issues caused by the third-party courier.
  • Once the items are shipped, buyers will receive tracking details via email where applicable.
  • Any customs duties or additional charges for shipments outside South Africa are the responsibility of the buyer.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns accepted within 15 days of the order being delivered to the buyer.
  • Buyer must contact us before returning the product whether it is a book or blender.
  • Refunds will be issued via EFT.
  • Refunds will only be done when a product is faulty.

8. Warranty and Liability

  • The Book is sold "as is" with no warranties, express or implied.
  • We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the purchase or use of the Book.
  • The blenders have a 3-year warranty.

9. Intellectual Property

The Book's content is protected by copyright law. Buyer agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or display the Book's content without permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
